best part of my day...

Driving home in a good old fashioned Kansas thunderstorm! I also probably had a chocolate milkshake after dinner which made my evening of teaching much more fabulous. I know we are supposed to eat perfectly healthy while training for a marathon, but some days it's okay to give in, and it was so worth it.

  1. I had a chocolate milkshake after a long run the other weekend and it was SO GOOD. I hadn't had one in years! definitely ok to splurge every so often :)

  2. wait, what? a chocolate milkshake isn't part of a perfectly healthy and balanced marathon training diet??????

    i've got it all wrong then. i can't even share the insane foods i've allowed myself to eat this go round. seriously.
