SIDE NOTE: While in KC I'll be skipping out on my work peeps to have a blahggie meet up lunch with Ashley at Journey to a Better Me. Don't worry we will document this momentous occasion. We decided it's like a blind date match.com style, only it's blogspot.com style. I hope she doesn't try and touch my arm.... or wear a flannel shirt, cut off jean shorts and hiking boots, that might get awkward.
To continue, below is my latest creation, and if you need a pick-me-up feel free to print this off and put it in your own office. Just use white out on the "clear channel" part.
In other news, I'm staying on track with building miles, running consistently in the mornings lately. Point of fact, I ran six miles just this morning. It was delightful.
Now I'm leaving you again for an undetermined amount of time... I'm a total tease.

yes, yes you are (a tease).
Ohhhh...how I miss you Bekah! (was it 'h' or no 'h'? I forgot)
Have a fun retreat and blogger "hook up".
Great job on keeping up with your miles!
I love that skip from SNL! Have fun in KC.
the affirmation card is hilarious.
does being in charge of fun mean you can designate the amount of flair people are required to wear everyday? if not, you should change that. seems very important to having fun.
That's it - as soon as I see you, not only am I touching your arm, but I'm also going to belt out "AMERICA! F*** YEAH!"
As for the flannel, jean shorts, and hiking boots....just be glad it's not casual Friday! ;)
Oh and crap....I forgot to grab my old running shoes for you - DARN IT!!!!
SOOO FUn that you are meeting Ashley.. Are you going to wear a red rose in your hair so she knows its you?? LOL..
I know you will be snogging by the end of the "date".
Your graphic prowess AMAZES me. That retreat sounds like a gas...can't wait for the full report.
FWR is IMPORTANT!!!
hard to believe you made stewart a US Senator... Yikes
Crap. If I hadn't just up-and-quit my job yesterday, I totally would have printed that out and put it up in my office . . .
Okay, new plan. I'll print it out at work at some point before my last day, and then when I'm homeless, I can stick it to the wall of my cardboard box with someone's used chewing gum . . . PERFECT!! :)
