best part of my (yester)day.

No words needed. But I'll supply some anyway. Rachel and I running along Michigan Lake in Chicago. What a welcome back run from injury! Chicago was marvelous, lots to come on that.

Sad I missed meeting you. It was so freaking jam packed at the race. I barely caught the Redhead.

So glad you are back at the running!!!! I know how craptastic the injuries are.

Yay, I LOVE running along the lake. It's so beautiful! Makes me really miss Chi-town!

By the way, I got to about mile-19 on Sunday and realized I had completely forgotten to look for you at your aid station! I was crushed. UGH, bad marathon brain! I was seriously tempted to go all the way back and find you! Anyway, I hope you had a blast volunteering (and eating yummy Chicago food)! :)

love the Chicago lakeside path. Last time I was down there, I wasn't a runner, so I didn't truly appreciate it! Beautiful!

Awesome pic and I'm so sad I didn't see you at the water stop!
I looked for you but honestly, I was so caught up in the excitement that you'd of probably had to slap me to get my full attention! :) Anxiously awaiting the volunteer recap!

P.S. my word verification is fastr! Yay!

well? am I gonna see you out in the hood soon? I'm in recovery mode, so maybe our stages are matched for a bit (you in healing and me in heal...that's what I meant)
Maybe we could run together
