best part of my.... week?

Shoving my face full of 18 pounds of fried food and pints of delicious Shocktop after spending a beautiful evening outside pretending to watch softball.

Considering I actually made it my six miles this morning without
1) throwing up
B) having a diarrhea explosion emergency

I say: beer and food-a-palooza = 0, Running = 1

I'mmmmmmm baaaaaaaaack interwebs.... you may now commence with your sigh of relief. Or eye rolling, you pick.

Oh joy! I had become so addicted to you blog within a short period of time that your recent disappearance has left me crippled and on the edge of a complete breakdown! Or perhaps that was my cold + extreme lack of sleep...it's really hard to say. Regardless, thanks for giving me an excuse to piddle away two minutes of my work day.

in my exhaustion I passed two women this morning...only after the fact did I wonder if the one in pink was you.
If that was you knocking out your miles...congrats and sorry I didn't say "Hey FWR!!"

Wait, fried food and Shocktop--isn't that the breakfast of champions? No? Oh shucks. Better rethink my fueling strategies!

Welcome back, lady! Not gonna lie--I went into a little bit of withdrawal while you were gone, resulting in me stuffing my face with beef knockwursts--twice. But I think I'm good now . . .
